Our Beers
Downward Facing Pint (Chai Tea Amber)
A slightly hoppy, moderate-strength American craft beer with Chai Tea and caramel malty flavor. The balance is between the Chai Tea and the maltiness.
GoalKeeper (Mexican Porter)
A higher-strength brown beer with a restrained roasty character and bitterness. A substantial, malty dark beer with a complex and flavorful dark malt character.
Chingon (German Ale)
Our German Ale with a clean, crisp, delicate balanced beer with a very subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish. Brilliant clarity is characteristic.
Cheery Rum Stout (American Flavored Stout)
A roasted, bitter (from the darker malts), Rum soaked Oak with natural Cherries added. Slight coffee and chocolate malts to balance the Rum, Cherries and roasted flavor.
Chupa EZ (American IPA)
An IPA with Grassy, Stone fruit and herbal notes with American grown hops. Very high bitterness with a mild malt backbone.
Take it EZ (American IPA)
A decidedly hoppy and bitter American pale ale, showcasing modern American Cascade hops. The balance is hop forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dry finish, and clean, supporting malt allowing the Cascade hop character to shine through.
Cerveza de Trigo (Wheat Ale)
A refreshing Wheat Beer that has a little more hop character and less yeast character than their German cousins. A clean fermentation character allows for grainy wheat flavors to be complemented by hop flavor and bitterness rather than yeast qualities.
505 Guera Lager (Mexican Blonde Lager)
A very pale, light bodied lager with a very neutral flavor profile and low bitterness. Very refreshing and thirst-quenching drink. Examples; Bud, Miller and Coors.
Ambar (Amber Ale)
Darker in color than their pale ale cousins, the presence of caramel and crystal malts lending a toasted, toffee flavor, along with the perception of a fuller body when compared to beers without such malts.
Overly Baked Stout (American Stout)
A highly roasted, bitter (from the darker malts) dark Beer. Slight coffee and chocolate malts to enhance the normal roasted flavor.
Papa-Cabra (Double IPA)
An intensely hoppy, Very strong pale ale without the big, rich, complex maltiness and residual sweetness. Strongly hopped, but clean, dry, and lacking harshness.
Chupacabra (American IPA)
A higher strength IPA with Stone fruit and herbal notes with American grown hops. Very high bitterness with a mild malt backbone.
Panama Red (Mexican Red Ale)
An easy-drinking pint. Slightly malty in the balance with an initial soft toffee/caramel sweetness, a slightly grainy-biscuity palate, and a touch of roasted dryness in the finish.
Acapulco Gold (Mexican Lager)
A Yeast Strain from Mexico City, this yeast produces clean lager beers with a crisp finish.
